Yay, the videos are back. Sooner than expected actually. :)

Also, Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron) was released yesterday, so that's two things to celebrate :P I love my Ubuntu.

I have added another useful page with movies. The data comes from RLSLOG.NET and contains reviews about scene releases. You can also find links to IMDb, trailers, torrents and screenshots via their site. :)

Other news: I've included a caching function for the images, so the pages will hopefully load faster now. The Videos! page is currently broken due to a faulty RSS-feed. It'll work as soon as the news bit with the erroneous code gets old and disappears.

Stage6 is dead... I can't believe it. :'(
I also can't believe that DivX Inc. decided to shut it down, Stage6 was the best resource for high quality streaming content on the web.

It has come to my attention that a lot of download sites host my software. That's fine and all, but most of the download links doesn't seem to work (which of course is really, really bad). So if you're planning to steal ("borrow") my files, make sure it works.

Nothing's worse than a sloppy pirate. Aye.

I'm also pleased to announce that a new section with movie trailers is in the works. This time everything will be in HD-quality! Stay tuned, it'll be awesome.

My computer died on me this weekend after visiting Dreamhack, the worlds largest LAN-party. Some theif also took the opportunity to steal my mouse there. I was working on bugfixing both VOBMerge and SubTunes! so this kinda sucks big time... :/ I hope to be able to buy a new computer when santa gives me money. :P

EXiFStripper 1.0 released!

EXiFStripper has gone public!
This little nifty tool strips EXIF (and IPTC) data from JPG/JPEG files. While keeping the image data intact - the file gets smaller without recompression.

As an example; My dear clint.jpg here got 14623 bytes (88.65%) smaller!

This is really useful for webmasters!

It took a couple of hours, but I have finally fixed all the broken design in Internet Explorer 6 (even version 5.5 works!). This is accomplished by using the IE7 FIX JavaScript library. This has some drawbacks though, JavaScript is really slow - especially in IE 5.5 and 6.

Do not use Internet Explorer unless you have to :P [firefox_ad_here]

VOBMerge has finally found it's way onto my new site!
I will probably add my other tools too, but it might take a while.

VOBMerge is a tool for merging (joining) several .vob files into one file. Read more here!

It seems like I have been able to fix most of the design related bugs in IE7 atleast.

I won't be supporting Internet Explorer 6 for the time being. It's just too much fuzz to keep things ticking in different browsers. You should probably consider upgrading if you're using IE6 anyway (preferrably to Mozilla Firefox)! I still suggest that you use Mozilla Firefox to view this site. [firefox_ad_here]

Maintaining cross-browser compability has proven to be a real pain in the dark place.

Both IE6 and 7 won't render div boxes correctly due to the box-model bugs. The video popup box has also totally gone fubar in IE6. If you haven't done so already, I suggest that you use Mozilla Firefox to view this site. [firefox_ad_here]
